Church Ministries
gOING dEEPER tOGETHER
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together… Hebrews 10:24
We are convinced that believers, both young and old, will experience significant growth by getting involved in church ministries beyond the Sunday morning service. It stimulates a deeper spiritual journey and allows individuals to strengthen relationships with fellow attendees in the process.
Infants & Nursery
Sunday Mornings During the Service
We provide childcare for babies 3 and under in our Nursery on Sundays, where the little ones will be cared for by our loving volunteers in classrooms that are full of age-appropriate toys, a changing table, and space for nursing moms, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
For The Kids
Sunday Mornings After Worship
We have children’s programming for Kindergarten through 5th grade after worship each Sunday. Our Children’s Church Teachers will dismiss the kids from service right after the worship service. You must pick them up after the service. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask one of our ushers or greeters. Of course, your children are welcome to remain in the adult service with you as well.
Wednesday Bible Study & Prayer
Every Wednesday at 7:00pm
Every Wednesday at 7 PM, we gather at the church for a time of fellowship. We study the Word of God, pray together, and encourage one another. This weekly meeting strengthens our faith and builds our community. Join us to grow spiritually and support each other.
Salt & Light
Every First Sunday at 6:00pm
Salt and Light is a monthly meeting held on the first Sunday of each month, where we discuss current issues and how the church can respond. This gathering provides a more interactive and engaging time together. Join us to explore relevant topics and strengthen our collective impact. It’s an opportunity for meaningful dialogue and community action.
Fellowship Meals
Every Second Sunday After the Service
Every second Sunday of the month, following the service, our church hosts a themed fellowship meal. It’s a time for our community to come together and enjoy delicious food in a themed atmosphere. Join us for good food and great company as we celebrate fellowship and connection.
Women’s Coffee Connect
Every Third Saturday at 9:00am
The women in our church community meet every 3rd Saturday of the month at 9 AM for a time of encouragement and fellowship. These gatherings are filled with pleasant conversations, great refreshments, and the presence of God. It’s a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our bonds and support one another. Join us for a morning of spiritual and social enrichment.
Men’s Breakfast
The Last Saturday of the Month at 8:30am
On the last Saturday of every month, the men in our community gather for breakfast at a local restaurant. It’s a time filled with good food, fellowship, encouragement, and the sharing of the Word of God. Join us for a morning of camaraderie and spiritual nourishment as we grow together in faith.

Global Outreach
Gerald & Carol Boehlke (Tanzania)
Helping the Needy in Tanzania – We are helping orphans and widows with food every month. They meet separately in our Kiziba Ministry Center, and hear a devotional each time they receive food.
Lake Tanganyika Christian College – Gerald teaches regularly in the diploma and advanced training program at L.T.C.C. in Kigoma, Tanzania. He gives the students textbooks and notes.
Literature Projects – As the Lord enables us, we seek to place into the hands of students and pastors Christian books. We have been helped to distribute hundreds of Bibles (in Swahili), plus we have thousands of tracts printed for use in evangelism. We also have an eight-page pastoral newsletter, known as Servants of Christ, which we give out when possible to about 6000 church leaders in East Africa.
Church Building Projects – Since coming to Tanzania, we have helped with several church building projects. There are many congregations without a suitable building, or no building at all. So, as the Lord enables, we seek to help these Believers to have a decent place to worship the Lord in.
